It is the responsibility of the customer to read and understand the FN Genuis Network Terms of Service. These terms may be modified at any time by the FN Genius Network without prior notice.

WEB HOSTING REQUIREMENT:
The website fee of $349.95 is more than a 60% discount off of our regular price, and this discounted price is only available to customers who host their website with FN Genius Network, Inc. for at least 12 months. If you do not wish to host your website with FN Genius Network, Inc. for at least 12 months, then the website fee will be the full price of $1199.00. This fee does not include any additional media creation or optimization.You must host your website with FN Genius Network, Inc. for 12 months before you can take your website files. If you wish to take your website and host it elsewhere, before you have hosted the site with us for 12 months, you must pay the full price of $1199.00 for your website.

REFUNDS ON WEBSITES: There are absolutely no refunds given on the website fee after your website has been created. A website is considered created after you have provided FN Genius Network, Inc. with information for the website, and the website is published to the Internet. You may request a refund for your website purchase within 30 days of your order if you have not provided FN Genius Network, Inc. with the information to create your website. There are no refunds given after 30 days, but you will be given a credit in the amount of your website order which you can use for a future website design or web hosting service.

REFUNDS ON CONTENT ARTICLES: There are absolutely no refunds given on Content Articles after your Content Articles pages have been created. Content Article pages are considered created after you have provided FN Genius Network, Inc. with your choice of article(s), and the Content Articles have been added to your website and published to the Internet.

REFUNDS ON WEB HOSTING: There are absolutely no refunds given on unused portions of prepaid web hosting after payment has been made.

AUDIO/VIDEO SERVICE: Our audio/video service is only available on websites hosted by FN Genius Network, Inc. The audio/video service we provide uses our bandwidth, and we incur costs each time an audio/video is played. Our audio/video service is not included on websites that are purchased outright. In addition, if you have a website with existing audio/video on it, and you choose to take your site and host it elsewhere after hosting with us for at least 12 months, all of the audio/video files must be removed.

CONTENT ARTICLES: FN Genius Network, Inc. holds the Copyright to all Original Content Articles sold on this website. These Content Articles are only made available for use on websites created and hosted by FN Genius Network, Inc. To maintian unique content, at no time may any Content Article be reproduced or used on any other website or for any other purpose. The FN Genius Network is not responsible for any content, copyright infringement or liability generated from the content of any customer site content.

ADDITIONAL FEES FOR WEBSITE CHANGES AND UPDATES: The purchase of your website as well as your monthly hosting and maintenance fee includes unlimited changes and updates to the text on both the "Home" page and the "Thank You" page of your website.  The FN Genius Network is pleased to assist their customers with the creation of additional custom pages, however, is in no way obligated to do so. Any additional pages or other changes and updates may be billed at our regular hourly rate.

ADDITIONAL FEES FOR WEBSITE APPLICATIONS: There are an unlimited number of applications available and being created that may be used on your fabulous website. We will discuss each option individually and determine the additional cost, if any, to provide your users with the best possible experience.


OUTSIDE WEBSITE CHANGES AND UPDATES: FN Genius Network, Inc. will charge their regular hourly fee if asked to repair any mistakes made to a website from updates not made by FN Genius Network, Inc. design staff.

Website Content: The FN Genius Network is not to be held responsible for the content or the damages caused by the content of any hosted website. Unlawful or morally irresponsible content will result in the termination of hosting privledges without refund. Acceptable website content is the sole determination of the FN Genius Network
